If the Verizon tower you’re connected to is congested, Verizon customers are given priority, so speeds for Visible customers may be temporarily reduced. Hotspot speed are limited to 5Mbps, still fast enough to stream video but not as fast as a native Verizon customer’s hotspot, but it is truly unlimited. Visible also claims that hotspot use is limited to just one connected device – but I have personally found that NOT to be the case. 

Can I keep my number? Yes. Or you can get a new number. The choice is yours. Perhaps the best way to switch is to try it out for one month for $5 first. You will initially choose a new number, then once you’re happy Visible is right for you, just message support and they can port your existing phone number to your Visible SIM in about 20 min. Boom!! How much are the extras like taxes and fees? There are none, everything is included for just $25/month.
