Sorry that Food for Lambs has not been updated the last 2 days. I was actually keeping it up to date, but I deleted something very important that caused you not to see the updates. It's been fixed now. To catch up, just go into iTunes and click the refresh button in the Podcast section. Then you'll see a GET button next to each of the previous days podcasts. Just click that button and they will be added to iTunes for you. Sync with your iPod, and away you go. Sorry for slip up.
